I long to return to Thailand, but I think for my next holiday trip on Air Astana I'll try somewhere new - I'm thinking India (Dehli), Turkey (Istanbul), Korea (Seoul), or UAE (Dubai). Decisions decisions...

So are you back in Edinburgh permanently or will you be returning to Kazakhstan?
If you do travel to India, I wouldn't go to Delhi only. That city about drove me crazy! Of course, I was there in summer when it was crazy hot. If you flew into Delhi, you might want to go north to the Himalayas and/or west out to Jaipur and other parts of Rajasthan. Fun you got to go to Thailand!
